I think they may have changed the formula a bit because this stuff used to knock me all the way out. Haven't used it in about 9 months. It still gets the job done, but ill wake up 1 or 2 times now vs just being totally knocked all night before.

Excellent flavor and good mixability for an amino acid powder. It also contains a good amount of key electrolytes. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a complete intra workout drink.
