EL Jefe® Pre Workout Suggested Use
Use this product on training days only. Mix 1-2 scoops with 8-14 oz. of water & consume 15-30 minutes prior to training. To assess tolerance, take 1 scoop for the first few days and build up to the maximal dose of 2 scoops. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

- Are There Any Allergens In El Jefe®?
This product claims none of the major allergens are present in Sour Gummy Bear, Orange Creamsicle, Cherry Pop and Blue Razz Candy. However, this product is manufactured in a facility that processes all of the major allergens (milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame).
There are allergens in Peach Rings flavor, which contains Soy and Milk.

El jefe def hits. Honestly a little too much for me. Im a stim junkie and usually go with zeus and this hits harder so if thats what u want then get ready to hold on and survive the ride

This is my favorite pre-workout solid energy long-lasting hit every time. My favorite part of this pre-workout It's the body muscle, mind, and spirit connection. I don't speed through my workout on this one; it's more of a concentrated, engaged pace. This pre-workout makes me focus on form. It also makes me not want to be stuck on my phone. It makes you want to concentrate on the workout at hand, which is pretty cool. Some pre-workouts make me all over the place; with this one, I'm engaged in the workout. No harsh crash, no crazy side effects, and long-lasting energy lasting the day. Definitely a feel-good pre-workout. I would highly recommend this for STIM junkies and experienced users.
