This is the best DMHA preworkout on the market, hands down. I have used a lot of high stim pre, zeus, crack, etc. Convict is my favorite and no alpha yo big plus for me.

It’s really good wouldn’t recommend using it daily it’s more of a once a week type of pre but you’ll definitely be hitting PR’s it’s really good you’ll lose your appetite for a few hours. Doesn't give your a crash at all. You’ll be super focused in the gym oh and if your listening to techno your going to feel like your in a concert! Highly highly recommend!! You won’t be upset.

This one smacks!! This is my first el jefe product and I’m so glad I got it. I will definitely keep this one in my rotation for a long time. This one smacks hard on them leg days!! I need that extra push on those days and the el jefe lifts me up and has me woke af! Hungry af! 10/10 product! Not for beginners!
