The one thing I will tell is this stuff is very strong! I have a high tolerance for caffeine and pre workouts. I took this late afternoon one night,& it lasted well over 5 hours. Definitely good for long workout sessions or cardio.

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect from this one, lower caffeine content but lots of good actives and nootropics. And it doesn't disappoint - laser focus without being over-stimmed. This is the most complete on cycle support you can get, removes the need for several supplements. It’s pricey, but it replaces your separate liver support, cardiovascular support, kidney support, prostate support, and your multivitamin. Overall very worth it!
