Buying sleep aid products are always difficult and usually don’t work for me. As always was highly skeptical but grabbed it on sale and would 100% buy it again. Don't be alarmed by the color, the taste is great and shakes right into water. Don’t use every night or it’ll lose effectiveness but definitely a good sleep aid. Throw some creatine in there too!

This is a very solid, smooth experience. Has good stim without the Alpha Yo if you’re sensitive to it, has your creatine so you don’t need to add it, and has good nootropic for mood elevation. All in all, won’t blow your doors off but also won’t crack you out or crash later.
