Best pre workout I've ever tried, closest thing you will get to a great workout and feeling like your on ice at the same time, you will definitely get weird looks on this stuff but the pumps and strength cant compare to anything else I've tried.

It’s a great supplement to fill in those areas you may miss. I take it with my post workout shake and it fills me for hours
