This pre-workout definitely gets you in the zone you’re looking for. It worked well whether I had a strength day or I was doing more cardio in my workouts. Even though it has beta alanine in it, I didn’t feel any tingles. It’s worth giving it a shot.

Sleep was great but the best part was how good I felt the next day! Great for end of the week when you need to rest up for your next Monday!

Probably legit best and most powerful pre. You won't go wrong with this one

Took the drink and about 20 minutes in I was ready to go. Great sense of urgency. Had to actually force myself to rest for 90 seconds between sets cause I wanted to keep going. Will buy again.

Happy medium stem workout. Might not be a good every day for some but I have been enjoying it daily for a few weeks and it hits every time!
