It’s a great add on to high stim Pres low on pump ingredients. Love that it comes unflavored!! It’s also good for most Pres 3/4 scoop brings the citrilline to 10g in most cases. It’s in the picture on the right hand side under the pump black

Great addition to the preworkout stack. Provides long lasting energy that gets me through my workout and significantly decreases fatigue at the end of a 2 hour session. Highly recommend this.

I use leg day on my more intense training sessions. Heavy legs, pull or push days. I train in the AM so the carbs and other ingredients really help me push hard when I don’t have a ton of calories in me yet. First off both the Lemon & Cotton Candy variety of this pre slap flavor wise, but mother of god this is strong. I usually do 1/2-3/4 scoop just to keep the Alpha Yo from leaving the gym with me haha. Very intense energy.
