Love AD products but I always take 1/3 of a serving (sensitive to caffeine). Love all the goodies. This hits perfectly and my wife can stick to their high stim stuff. AD never underdoses anything and it always kicks. Other stims sometimes have a great profile on paper but don't deliver... never worry about that with AD.
