This is easily my favorite Pre that I’ve used. Gives you the ability to push with intensity through long workouts, and keeps you super focused and feeling great. Highly recommend, but would caution to start with a half scoop for the first time.

Like the title says. On nights I need an extra kick in keep some 1mg melatonin on hand!
