I was using leg day which is good but I've since cut my carbs snd found this which has great ingredients including glutamine which I no longer need to buy which saves me time and money and the taste is awesome.

The flavor on the citrus mix flavor is an improvement over V1. This is a comprehensive hydration product better seen as an intra. I add a carb source and have great fuel to power my longer workouts.
