Very intense at full scoop, also nice that it’s not a huge list of ingredients. So, I’ve used half scoops of this to top off underperforming pre workouts.

This is probably the best sleep supplement i have used. I don’t like melatonin and this does not have it. It makes me just tired enough quiets my racing thoughts. No hangover in the morning. Will be coming back to this one!

By far my favorite brand of cream of rice. Great texture and amazing flavors. 2 scoops of Elev8 cream of rice and 2 scoops of whey isolate and a banana is my go to breakfast before training.

I bought this at the same time as crack og and smash amf while trying to find my new favorite. This one is the best for me as for as performance boost and mood elevation, while it pretty much matches the raw energy of the other two, this is by far the most beneficial for training
