I’ve used it for a little over a week now and it has woken me up even on the roughest of days. This is something I would be very careful when letting others try, especially for the people trying any type of pre workout for the first time. Very rough pre workout for anyone who isn’t used to stimulants in general.

I only take it twice a week Friday and Saturday day to recover from my week, I love this sleep aid, might make you groggy next day if you don’t sleep enough but if you have at least 8hrs to sleep you won’t have issues, this along somatomax are on my sleep aid rotation.
