So this is my first pre work out. I have a high tolerance to stims but still only took a half scoop to start. I appreciated the ingredients very much, I can't really compare it I think a weight loss capsule energy stim once a day is more what I am looking for, but will still use this on the days I work out. It did take a little longer on shipping, none of which was their fault but so far my experience has been great and look forward to trying out some products now that I know more what I am looking for like pre work out verses daily supplement with same properties! This product was a banger for sure! Now to figure out what is next!
