I’m 71 years old. I work out 🏋️‍♀️ 4 times a week. I start with 47 1/2 minutes on the tred mill at 3.1 miles an hour. I then do close to an hour of lifting weights. Then I walk a 1/2 an hour on the walking track. So my work out is around 2 hours and 15 mins, which I do like I said 4 times a week. At 71 I need that extra lift to get it all done with moving in to the gym. So your pre-work really helps me keep on track. I get everything I need from your pre-workout. I take 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop and it works every time. Yup it has high caffeine in it but that’s what I wanted. So by taking your product I actually save money in the long run because most others I am taking a full scoop. Will order again for sure. Great product. Oh I have a buddy in the gym a scoop and he liked it also..
