intense preworkout the focus is insane and high energy lasts for a good 3.5 hours, definitely not for beginners I got the lemon flavored one definitely a strong flavor made my tongue numb for about 15 minutes but I would say 9.5 out of 10 would give it a 10 but flavor wise could be better
