I workout very early in the morning, usually on an empty stomach. Biocarb is perfect for quick energy and fullness during my workouts. The amino acids are a bonus.

Just very consistent energy. And I seem to rarely ever get a crash.

Tried this for the first time at one scoop. Do not attempt to heap it or even fill up the scoop on first attempt. Extreme energy and focus within 15 minutes that lasted for at least 3 hours.
