I really like these on their own at 2 capsules or as an add-on to a pre workout at 1 capsule. They have a nice nootropic effect. Caution; these are very strong. The serving size is 4 capsules, but once I tried taking 2 , and then an hour later 2 more. My blood pressure and heart rate shot way up and it was pretty scary.Way too much. Never again. So definitely assess your tolerance. Maybe try only 1 to begin with and see how it feels.

Started off with one scoop. Good clean energy from the beginning, nothing too intense. As the session progressed I completely locked in and super focused on my form and muscle. No euphoria, just straight gas in the tank. Good pumps, nothing crazy.
