I have taken one capsule twice 1 a week to see how my body reacts. Due to my age and body chemistry, it did not sit well in my system. Did does as it said on label. After 15 minutes I was sweating and great all-around feeling. Then after 40 minutes in my work outs started to feel nauseous. Again, great product I get good workouts, just have to fight the reaction of nauseous. I'm 69 yrs. Old. in good shape weight train 4x a week. I do enjoy Crack reload. no side effects.

Two scoops of Nightcap and 3 caps of Deep Sleep is an awesome combo. Highly recommended!
