EL Jefe™ Pre Workout Suggested Use
Use this product on training days only. Mix 1-2 scoops with 8-14 oz. of water & consume 15-30 minutes prior to training. To assess tolerance, take 1 scoop for the first few days and build up to the maximal dose of 2 scoops. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

- Are There Any Allergens In El Jefe™?
This product claims none of the major allergens are present in Sour Gummy Bear, Orange Creamsicle, Cherry Pop and Blue Razz Candy. However, this product is manufactured in a facility that processes all of the major allergens (milk, eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame).
There are allergens in Peach Rings flavor, which contains Soy and Milk.
