The taste was Green Apple, it was very tart but it was good tasting and The energy was good this pre workout help me to push myself but had to focus to slow down and rest between sets. The pumps came around 30 to 45 minutes after drinking it and I took one (1) scoop, the pumps were tight. Thanks GGH for his review on this pre-workout.

Great product

After they changed the Wildfire formula i was looking for a new pre. GGH is who i rely on for good info so why not the product that bears his name. I only take about 1/4 scoop and use it everyday. Great product, gets me right in the zone I’m trying to be in while training, and quick good service from nutricartel.

Top 3 pre's I've had. The flavor is actually the best I've had #1. It was like flavored water, no chem taste or super tart funky anything just great. Crazy drive and energy! Pump was awesome too. Easy on stomach too, zero heavy feeling even when I add creatine on top. Would highly recommend, will buy again and again.
