Herolean Suggested Use

As a fat burner aid, take one (1) scoop with 4-6oz of water 30 minutes prior to breakfast. For maximum results, use this product everyday.

As a pre workout, take one (1) scoop with 4-6oz of water 30 min prior to workout.
