This is the first time taking Alpha Yo, I have to say I followed the recommendation from Nutrition Cartel and bought Mr. White pre workout and Alpha Yo for my early morning workout. Alpha yo is really good. I like to sweat during my workout, this really helps. Also take first thing in am on non workout days. Must try

This was removed from my favorite preworkout a couple of years back. Great substance when used sparingly. I personally find a fraction of a capsule (250mcg per dose or so) to be plenty to be felt. So 90 3mg capsules is a phenomenal value at this price.
