• L-Citrulline (9,000mg)

L-Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid and is 1 of 2 major players in the production of nitric oxide. L-citrulline undergoes an enzymatic process of converting into arginine before becoming the usable Nitric Oxide. 

• Beta-Alanine (6,400mg)

Beta-alanine combines with Histidine in our bodies to produce carnosine. Carnosine acts as a buffer against the buildup of acidic compounds which are formed during exercise. 

• Creatine Monohydrate (5,000mg)

5g of creatine monohydrate for maximized performance.

• Betaine Anhydrous (4,000mg)

Alongside Betaine Nitrate we’ve also included 4g of Betaine anhydrous to yield over 5g of total Betaine. Betaine is a multipurpose molecule that increases cellular hydration, exercise performance, and the body’s production of creatine.
