SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO EVERY USE. AS A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT, TAKE 1-2 SERVINGS (1-2 TBSP) BY MOUTH 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TRAINING. WE SUGGEST STARTING WITH 1 SERVING TO ASSESS TOLERANCE. YOU MAY TAKE FSU SERUM ALONE, OR MIX IT IN WITH YOUR FAVORITE BEVERAGE/INSPIRED PRE-WORKOUT SUPPLEMENT. DO NOT EXCEED 2 TBSP IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD.
