Speaking subjectively here, but it definitely seems that CR3 used pre WO gives me a slight improvement in muscle contraction and recovery between sets compared to monohydrate. Inspired has been a pretty solid brand that seems to go a little extra on their formulations.

Shout out to nutricartel always great customer service and shipping. I like the creatine, so far no issues with bloating or any cramps. Does the job well and also gives a great pump taken before training. Strength has gone up and I’ve gotten less sore after training hard sessions before 12 hour shifts at work. Highly recommend anyone to give it a try.
