Cannibal Riot OG Pre Workout

By far my favorite preworkout!

First off, I'll say this is a good everyday pre-workout. It will get you going for sure. Nothing too crazy so if you're a stim freak this may not be for you. The focus was okay, but nothing standout. Let me put this way: I'm glad I tried it but once was enough for me and not just because the flavor! Okay, so the flavor I got was Blue Hawaiian. Yuck. Plain and simple. Usually PWO flavors don't bother me that much, but there is one flavor I can't stand and that's coconut. This, for me, had an overwhelming taste of coconut and I probably should have known better considering the flavor title. I actually don't mind a hint of coconut in a pre-workout, but this one is tough. We're talking mixing a scoop in 4oz of water and slamming real quick like! Anyway, not a bad pre all in all. Just kind of mid-range for everyday pre-workout.
