Sicario® Swole Suggested Use

SHAKE WELL PRIOR TO EACH USE. Take 1 tbsp (1/2 Cap) or 2 tbsp (1 Cap) 30 minutes prior to training. You can mix with 8-12 Oz or more of your preferred beverage or pre workout like El Jefe. To be fully effective, you must be hydrated. Ensure to drink water prior to using this product, during and after workout. Do not exceed 2 tbsp in any 24-hour period.
