Use this product on training days only. Mix 1-2 scoops with 8-14 oz. of water & consume 15-30 minutes prior to training. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.
