With RYSE Hydration, we made sure to include all six electrolytes (calcium, phosphorous, magnesium, chloride, sodium, & potassium) to ensure proper hydration.

RYSE Hydration uses a combination of Vitamin B3, B6, B12, and C to promote cellular energy and a healthy immune system.

Taurine is an amino acid that aids in cellular hydration, muscular function and electrolyte balance.
