As a dietary supplements for adults, take 1 serving in 8-12 oz. of water to assess tolerance, 30 minutes before activity. Once tolerance has been assessed, take 1 to 2 scoops (servings), 30 minutes before activity. Never consume more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Read warnings and only use as directed.
