Drink one bottle (12 oz) 20-30 minutes prior to workout. To gauge tolerance, start with half a bottle or (6 fl oz). Do not exceed more than one bottle in a 24-hour period. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products. FOR THE BEST TASTE, DRINK COLD AND REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING.
