It helps occasionally when I need help sleeping. Both flavors are the best I’ve tried

This product is excellent. I think what makes it work, so well are the two different types of melatonin. Also, it has ZMA, which is a mineral supplement that is usually taken before bedtime. The days that I take pre-workouts with DMHA I usually take this product at night. Sometimes when I take a very strong product like from dark labs or Koka labs, I will also add in ninja Zen or Crash (Vices n Vibes) because that has phenibut which really helps to put me to sleep. All in all this is an excellent product and it is relatively inexpensive. If you really want an incredible experience/nights sleep you could buy a supplement called Galantamine which supports lucid dreaming and together you will have the best sleep and most incredible dreams. Galantamine is pretty expensive but it really does work.
