Kicks in right away, within a few minutes. Works when you're tired too but much better when you're rested. Lasts for the entire workday (about 9 hours) and often I work out afterwards. Total focus and concentration! The only thing I don't like is a lot of flem buildup the morning and when I first take it. 2 pills do the work for me but start with one if you're new ro nootropics.

Really good supplement for me, can use it as either a pre-task nootropic or even as a pre-workout especially if its combined with something stim-free or pump focused. Expensive so not something to take every day but I can get some good mileage from just a half dose. Will probably buy again!
