Axe and Sledge GDA+ contains carbohydrate and fat blocking ingredients. The idea behind gda+ is to control insulin, which is a hormone in the body that transports glycogen. How Should  GDA+ Be Taken?

• As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules with your largest carbohydrate containing meal of the day.
