AstroFlav PFP Non Stim Pre Workout

AstroFlav's Pump, Focus, Performance (PFP) is an awesome non-stim option for late night lifters, or those looking to add a little something extra to their stim of choice. PFP delivers a fairly straightforward forumla, but with some novelty ingredients that makes for a great product! At the top, you get some solid dosages of electrolytes, to aid in hydration, which is key to provide great pumps and even better performance. Next up, a solid dose or pure citrulline, a hefty dose of glycersize (a powdered form of glycerol that wont kill your guts!) and one of my favorite ingredients, PurpleForce. This along with Oliginol, are two of the novelties AstroFlav added to help enhance muscle pumps and boost performance output. For focus, we get a nice dose of tyrosine and a good dose of Cognatiq, to provide a dialed in feeling. Overall, PFP delivers everything you want in a well rounded non-stim formula. Nothing is overdone that would prevent you from adding this to a stim based preworkout with similar ingredients. Everything is dosed appropriately and provides a great experience. I mostly use a half serving along with my stim based pre and the effects are very noticeable at just a half serving. I notice greatly improved pumps, even from just sipping on it preworkout, I notice a muscle swelling/tightening feeling. I have only tried a full serving a couple times and those effects were enhanced greatly. For my style of training (functional with metcon work, etc.) it doesnt lend to "pure" pump work but I still get great effects thanks to PFP. I had the white gummy flavor and it was phenomenal! Tastes just like the little gummy bears that I love. Overall, PFP is a great option for anyone looking for extra pumps or a true non-stim preworkout. Pumps are great, focus is solid, tastes great....it delivers everything you want and nothing you dont (upset stomach!). Highly recommended!
