This stuff worked for me as described. sleep was unbroken and restful. little to no after effects in the morning.

I've always had trouble sleeping. This really helps me relax and stay asleep.

I’ve used this product three times so far, and each experience has been consistently positive.
The first time, I took about half a dose, and it completely knocked me out. I slept deeply and woke up in an incredible mood, mentally clear, calm, and genuinely happy. That good feeling even carried into the next day.
The second time, I went with a full dose. Once again, it worked really well. I slept deeply through the night, felt fully rested, and woke up feeling great the next day, both physically and mentally.
I’ve only been using it on weekends so far because I was initially concerned about waking up on time, but honestly, it’s been such a reliable and effective sleep aid. I’m someone who usually wakes up 2 or 3 times a night, and this product completely changed that, it kept me asleep.
Another unexpected bonus, I experienced really vivid, enjoyable dreams and woke up feeling refreshed.
Overall, I think this is a great product. It absolutely does what it’s supposed to do, and I’ll definitely continue using it.

So I bought this because I work nights. You can't take this every night because you build a tolerance fairly quickly. Its extremely clumpy. It hardens every time after I shake or break apart the tub with a fork. Likely have to blend but to lazy. Taste is ok. Nothing special. Doesn't blend in great. Slightly gritty. But dont care im chugging anyways. It doesn't make you fall asleep. But it definitely keeps you asleep. So I recommend taking a melatonin before. Its ok. Will try another product though

It didn't work out for me ,I every morning wake up with a headache.

Helps a ton as someone who works crazy early and struggles to fall asleep early. Wake up feeling great. My tub came clumpy but nothing a quick spin in the blender couldnt fix. Great product

While not as good as my favorite somatomax but this one a close second and puts me to sleep faster than any other aid. I only use it once a week.

Works great. I suggest taking it and just going to sleep ASAP. Staying up does not work well. Great product, just wished it lasted an hour or so longer. I get 6-7 solid hours of deep sleep. REM is definitely a lot longer, per my Oura ring.
