• What are the differences from this and Double Time/Fyred?

The biggest one being 212 Thermo is a powdered thermogenic rather than capsule so 212 Thermo has bigger dosages of Carnitine and Tyrosine. 

212 Thermo does not have alpha yo like Fyred does and is more higher stim than Double Time.

• As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 8-10 ounces of cold water. vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference.
• For optimal results, consume 15-20 minutes prior to cardio or resistance training.
• Do not use more than 1 serving in a 24 hour period. do not use 5-6 hours prior to sleep. Do not use with any other products that contain stimulants.
