Tropical Storm Greens and Reds from WeGoHome Supplements is exactly what it says; a blend of fruit and vegetable superfoods packed with nutrients, vitamins and minerals. This product is packed full of goodies, aimed at providing those essential nutrients the body needs to perform at its best. While this does carry a hefty price tag, it’s essentially a two in one product, where most companies sell these two products (reds&greens) separately, thus it ends up being equal. Plus, you’re getting 30 fulls servings and actual trademarked ingredients. No expense was spared here and it’s a true daily essential supplement. Maybe the coolest ingredient in here, is the inclusion of PeakO2. Much like beta alanine, PeakO2 is an ingredient that needs to be taken daily and accumulate within you to get the endurance benefits that have been studied. The problem is, one, it tastes horrible and most products only include in preworkout form, where the acute effects aren’t necessarily noticeable and because it needs to be taken over time, preworkouts aren’t taken everyday. That’s why I love the inclusion here, you get the benefits of a great ingredient that will build up over time. With regards to taste, this mango flavor is fantastic! Not overly sweet and artificial, more like a juice flavor. Even with all these packed out ingredients there is no bitter aftertaste. Overall, this product cannot be understated and deserves the highest of ratings.
I personally take this first thing in the morning with a full shaker bottle of water and ice. I love the hydration minerals included, as well as the probiotics for overall gut health. It’s the best way to start my morning.
