Rem 8 Sleep Aid

REM 8 is amazing! I was initially a bit skeptical due to the low dosage size, however, I was amazed at how nice this sleep product hits! I’ve used other “high stim” sleep aids that I love and REM 8 is now on that same list.

The first couple of times I tried REM-8 Sleep Aid, I noticed I woke up a bit groggy—sleep was okay, but nothing life-changing. But after those first few uses, everything shifted. Now, when I take it, I wake up feeling amazing.

I’m usually up around 4:30 AM, and with REM-8, I roll straight into my workout after my pre-workout. The difference is unreal—my mind-body connection, focus, and overall workout high are on another level.

It almost feels like the night time REM-8 + morning pre-workout combo has its own unique synergy. I’m honestly impressed and grateful—this has been a game-changer for my mornings.
