Fuel Elite Suggested Use

Consume 1-2 scoops of Fuel Elite scoops mixed with 16-20 oz of water every hour for training sessions lasting up to 2 hours. Consume 3-4 scoops of Fuel Elite mixed with 20-24 oz of water every hour for training sessions lasting 3 or more hours. Sip your Fuel Elite regularly throughout your workout. FOR BEST MIXING: Fill your bottle halfway with ice cold water, add powder and shake well. Allow the mixture to sit for 3-5 minutes, fill the bottle to the top with water and shake again to ensure proper mixing. IF CLUMPS FORM WHEN MIXING: Allow mixture to sit for several minutes and mix again. This is common with the ingredient Cluster Dextrin and occurs more frequently when mixed with ice cold water.
