As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 capsules with 8oz. of water. To assess your tolerance, always begin use with 1 capsule. Never exceed 3 capsules in 4 hours period, or 6 capsules in a 24 hour period. Never take with any other product containing stimulants. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
