This was certainly one of the better preworkouts I've taken. Provided sustainable energy throughout my 2-hour lifting session and delivered acute focus on the task at hand. I'm giving this a 4-star and not 5 only because it can be a little intense as the slight euphoric feeling seemed to linger through the rest of the day, which may be a benefit to some, but should be considered especially for those with lower tolerances and inexperience with a variety of different pres.
