Ninja Zen Sleep Aid

Ninja Zen Sleep Aid is a straight up hitter in the Zzzz's department. This is my go-to tub for a solid sleep aid. Folks, you won't be disappointed in this one. Strawberry Hibiscus Tea in my fav. Tastes great. Soon after taking it, you'll feel relaxed as your body and mind are ready for some good sleep. The Ninja Zen calms down whatever noise or stress you're holding on to from your day. I think they may have changed the formula a bit because this stuff used to knock me all the way out. Haven't used it in about 9 months. It still gets the job done, but ill wake up 1 or 2 times now vs just being totally knocked all night before.

I gotta shoot straight with, I gave this stuff a real fair shake over the last two weeks and it is my personal belief that either the ingredients used are sourced *very* poorly, or the numbers on the label do not reflect the actual amount of the ingredients that are claimed.

First night, good workout that day, not much caffeine/stimulants a peaceful heart and an empty stomach aaaaand.. nothin. One scoop yielded zero effects whatsoever. In fact, my sleep was a little less restful. I figured it must have just been a one-off and that I’d try again a couple days later. Two days later I went up to two scoops and once again, nothing. No feeling that GABA gives and nothing that could be mistaken for how phenibut is supposed to feel. Another fluke, right? Well, three days after that I tried one more time, two scoops, similar circumstances and got absolutely nothing out of it.

full disclosure: I am bummed that I spent the cash on this inert, albeit very tasty (Mango Ginger), fairy dust.

(Important to note I have no tolerance to any of the ingredients in it, so that’s not a factor either.)

The good news is, they sent a sample of Sueno from Xtremis and that stuff worked amazingly (ordered a tub lol).
