Like A Pro Sleep+Recovery

I'm not sure what it is, but does not help me get the deep sleep I was after.

Fantastic sleep aid. I take a serving 20 minutes before bed and I am able to fall right asleep, and wake up the next morning with no remaining lethargy. The one issue with this product is it isn't very mixable, no matter how much I stir it, it will leave a silt on the bottom of the glass. Still my favourite powdered sleep aid on the market.

Very solid sleep aid with well researched and patented ingredients. Covers multiple pathways to calm and help induce a restful sleep state. Both Lemon Mint and Cherry Vanilla were excellent flavors. I'd almost go as far to say that the flavoring itself has some kind of calming and mellowing effect.... likely an association, but hell, it tastes good and feels calming. Little to no next day grogginess. Only downside I've experienced is that I don't seem to be able to stay asleep as long as with certain other sleep aids I've taken.

This is the only sleep product I have tried that has worked to help me fall asleep, and more importantly stay asleep. I love that the low dose of melatonin doesn't make me feel groggy in the mornings either!

This product truly lives up to its name. I always wake up feel very refreshed and recovered. Especially after a grueling training day. I suffer from sleep apnea and I am always hesitant to try sleep aids as I never know how it might effect my episodes but this product puts me out and I never wake up feeling groggy. I am always ready to tackle the day!

It doesn't knock you out immediately, but does a good job relaxing you. Once you get to sleep, I feel like the quality of sleep I get has x3. I wake up non-groggy and very refreshed. Zero "sleep supplement" hangover that some other ones bring.
Lemon flavor is quite good, like a mild tea.
