This one hits pretty hard and last through the night. The reason I 4 stared it is because of price. Although it's probably an expensive formula with all the trademarked Ingredients, I think you could get the same effect using just standard ingredients.

Been using this a few weeks now an hour before bed helps me relax and sleep more solid also no crazy dreams compared to some of the other brands only one flavor available taste is just ok but will definitely be buying this again
