Rule 1 R1 Whey Protein Isolate

I ordered 3 jugs of this stuff in different flavors. Strawberries and cream, birthday cake, and fruity cereal. All taste good but cereal is a bit sweet for my tastes. Seems to get the job done and price is freakin right! Good job as always Nutri Cartel!

I can't speak for the quality of Rule 1 Isolate, though they seem like a high-quality legit company. The Cafe Mocha flavor is straight fire down the hole! Tastes just like a iced mocha coffee with a few ice cubes added to it. Absolutely delicious in milk! That's pretty much the only way I drink my protein shakes is with milk. Can't beat the macros either if you're looking for something lean and clean. Only 100 calories and 25g of whey isolate per scoop. Mixes instantly, too Maybe a tad expensive, but then again what whey isolate isn't. Oddly, I've tried the Vanilla Creme, Chocolate Fudge and Frozen Banana flavors and just didn't care for the taste of them Not bad just average. But the Cafe Mocha, yeah you gotta get that one!

Great flavor mixes well. Doesn’t make you sluggish. Goes great with daily greens!
