Great high stim to use a couple days per week

This is one of my new favorite, non-illicit high stims. This is a really complete formula/all-arounder high stim pre. Between the higher caffeine content, yo-yo blend, and the added creatine along with high beta dose? Perfect. I will say the yo-yo blend lasts a good 3 hours or so for me as it tapers off the last hour or so. It’s a big scoop so takes 8-10 oz of water for me to down but the white cherry flavor is SO GOOD for a scoop this size. Also seems like a truly thought out formula compared to a lot of other bodybuilder branded supplements. Will definitely buy again once I run out.

Thuper Thavage Pre Workout- White Cherry

A good cherry flavour not too sweet or overpowering. Great pumps and I like that there's creatine in this pre-workout.

I love it!!
