CBUM Essentials Pre Workout

im very much all about high stim and what I got, gets the job done 💪🏽

I mix this with my yogurt and fruit for a pre workout smoothie and it’s delicious. It has a decently tart raspberry flavor!

The only pre I buy now, great flavour and perfect blend of ingredients for a pump and focus

For the price point, this preworkout does the job if your looking for something with just the right amount of energy and pumps. I've never noticed a crash either, definitely recommend for the everyday gym goer!

Have a tub in my rotation of pre workouts at all times. Good for a daily hitter and when you need a break from all those exotic stims.
