Lean Whey® Gourmet is a protein blend that uses Whey Protein Isolate and Hydrolyzed Whey Protein, same as Iso Hydro, but also incorporates Whey Protein Concentrate and Milk Protein Isolate to provide a richer texture, a sustained release in digestion, as well as high-grade, complete Proteins.

Despite containing marginal amounts of lactose and slightly more carbs and calories, Whey Protein Concentrate provides nutrients that are filtered out when Whey Protein Isolate is produced, such as alpha & beta-lactoglobulin, and other nutrients that can help support general & immune health. Milk Protein Isolate contains 85% Casein protein, which provides a slower digesting protein for those looking to keep themselves fed for longer periods of time.

Lean Whey Gourmet Suggested Use

Basic Shake: Mix one scoop of Lean Whey Protein with 8-10 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage (like almond milk or regular milk) in a shaker cup. Shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
Blended Shake: For a thicker, creamier shake, blend one scoop of Lean Whey Protein with 8-10 oz of liquid, a handful of ice, and optional ingredients like fruit, peanut butter, or spinach.
