Insane Whey Suggested Use

Take as a protein supplement. Add and mix 1 level scoop (35g) of Insane Whey to 12-14 oz cold water and mix well in shaker, blender, etc. For best tasting results, mix 1 level scoop (35g) of Insane Whey with 12-14 oz almond milk or coconut water, and feel free to mix in your favorite fruits, vegetables, or super foods. Protein usage is best spread throughout the day between smaller meals.
