BZRK Pre Workout Supplement Facts

• Citrulline Malate 2:1 – 7,000mg

The Amino Acid Citrulline converts in the body to arginine. Arginine is then used to boost nitric oxide levels. This results in vasodilation, allowing for better vascularity and blood flow, which is the pump we all chase. Bonded with Malic Acid provides endurance benefits.

• BetaO® – 3,200mg

This is a trademarked version of beta alanine and orotic acid. Both of these ingredients when taken overtime (saturation) may enhance your performance by buffering lactic acid. If you are looking for the "tingling" feeling, it will not be that present here.

• Glycerpump™ – 2,500mg

A high quality version of glycerol which saturates the muscles to create a state of hyper-hydration.

• Betaine Anhydrous – 1000mg

Betaine is an osmolyte, and what this means is it helps facilitate the movement of water between cells. This may further aid in a more hydrated state and "full" pumps.

• CognatIQ™ - 75mg

BZRK Pre Workout Suggested Use

This is good with pumps, sustained energy and smooth stimulant experiience. We would not consider this to be a high stim pre-workout, more of a high mid level on the stimulant side. This is a happy medium and the most common experience is it was "just right". Nothing crazy, nothing uncomfortable, great focus, smooth energy and no jitters.
