A great pre-workout with aomething different.

I originally purchased the original Mr. White and liked it. Mr White Yayo steps it up a notch, you get the same dialed in feeling at the gym except you get a kick with the alpha yo. If you're a fan of alpha yo, definitely give this one a try. As always Nutricartel delivers fast! Can't wait to put in my next order.

Gonna be totally honest here. This stuff is very strong! I started with a scoop and I felt pretty energized,but I didn’t really feel an urge to train. Just energetic. Had the goosebumps and chills off it like crazy though. I re read the label and seen the dosage was 2 scoops, so I tried it the next time I ran it…. I started training, was going pretty good for about 35 mins and suddenly got hella nausea. Next thing I know, I’m puking my guts up for an hour… my recommendation is it’s a great daily driver with one scoop,but going more than that will have you gripping the toilet and questioning life

To me this was a heavy hitter. It was the 1st extreme pre I tried and I started w 2 scoops. Following the suggestions would have been wise.

I have now run this product 5 times. 1st two times were meh. Just ok. For some unknown reason runs 3 through 5 were awesome! It hit me perfectly. I was having so much fun and the energy was ideal. I was sweaty and smiling and just moving nicely through my workout. I like to go 3 or 4 days between running the same preworkout just to really give it a fair chance. This stuff is definitely in my rotation and I can't wait to run it again. Thank you Nutricartel!
