Best thrown in when you really want to blast the sh*t out of yourself. Probably one of the best flavored Pre-WO powders I've ever encountered. Highly recommend.

It takes little bit longer for it to kick in for me then other pre workouts I've had but the pumps are insane with a less of a fighting for my life feeling compare to higher stim pre which is plus. Not a hard hitter but it gets you ripping those weights the whole time no crash afterwards.
