I've taken Swolly after every workout, but haven't noticed much of a difference. At least, not yet. I've been using the product for less than a month, so it's possible that I may notice a difference after I've been on it for a while longer. I'll likely give it another month or so (or I may even order again to give it even longer) and come back to give an update to this review.

Instead of buying a $60 protein. Buy a lower costing quality protein and add Swolly. Companies are now charging more just to have the same ingredients. If you wanna keep your hard earned muscle, add swolly and creatine.

I've been using this for a while now as an add-in to my post-workout shake. I believe in the product and feel it helps with recovery, as I lift five days a week and have a very physically active job. NutriCartel is the best place for supps!
