I’ve been using MyQ Brain Food for a while now and overall I’ve had a really positive experience with it.

The first few times taking this I noticed that kind of head clarity. Eventually I think you get used to it and that kind of buzz fades, but my mid day brain fog seems to be much less. Great product. Will reorder 2 more to get a better long term judgement
