I’ve been through a bottle so far and the 6 capsule dose has been great. I split it up between breakfast and lunch and don’t find myself in a post-meal lull or feel exhausted after eating a lot of carbs. It’s on par with Morphogens previous formula for Morphoprime and Chemix GDA. Love all Nutrabio and it’s subbrands. Worth a shot for someone looking at trying a well rounded product at a good price.

I've only tried a few different GDA products, but SLYN is the only one I've bought twice. Large carb heavy meals end up only feeling like you've just eaten a salad and you can actually continue your day/night comfortably.

Loaded formula. Unbound/NB always gives the good stuff. Probably a little too specialized for a rec lifter, but if you have your diet dialed in and looking for those last percentages of gain and mitigate the effects when you go off-diet on occasion, then check this out.
