This supp is not for me. My brother-in-law introduced my wife to it and it’s the only thing that works for her. She has chronic spine issues and is in constant pain, but this stuff elevates her mood and gives enough pain relief for to make it through a brisk walk around the neighborhood or our local golf course. It’s worth a shot if you’re looking for a change.

Light on the stomach, 15 to 20 min, to kick in. Not as high stim as you may think, more nootropic head buzz even with the high dose of caffeine. Manageable high not out of control.
