I have used the turk-plex product now for a little over a month. I can say that it has made for me a noticeable difference. I must emphasize, though, as with all supplements, you still have to do your part. Stay consistent, push hard in the gym and mind your diet. You will get results.

For context, I am still a beginner lifter - I've been lifting for just over a year. I am 43, 5'9, 79kg. I follow a fairly heavy workout schedule (8 day split, 3 work out days, 1 active rest x2). I track my calories, macros, and micro nutrients daily and am very conscious of changes both to diet and to my physique.

I've been using Turk and/or Ecdy for a couple of months and so far have noticed improved vascularity, decreased body fat, and an improvement in muscle mass. I am aware that human trials of both supplements are lacking, and it's entirely possible that the effect is a placebo, however with the results I am seeing, I don't care. Calves and quads in particular are showing separation that I have never had before, shoulders are dramatically improved, and overall strength is growing (new PBs on most lifts nearly fortnightly). I will continue using both as long as these results continue.

This is my First time trying Gorilla Mind Turk, tried Dark Labs last summer. So far I am happy with results. I have noticed a bit of increase in strength. Still early but so far satisfied and will be back to purchase more.
