9 Volt from Like A Pro is a dynamic pre-workout that delivers everything you need in a preworkout supplement. LAP is known for delivering amazing, quality products with true efficacious (and sometimes crazy) dosages of trademarked ingredients. 9 Volt is no exception, as it sets itself apart with no beta alanine (arguably a wasteful inclusion in a preworkout setting) and opts for more performance based ingrediants. Starting with a nice solid dose of pure L-citrulline, at an amount I personally prefer. Anything over 6g is a waste in my opinion and just used as filler. Next is a huge dose of tyrosine and Rhodioprime (most I've personally seen) and these two pair so well together and deliver such a unique "buzz" and high alert feeling that needs to be experienced. I have not seen that high a dose of Rhodioprime anywhere, certainly not in a preworkout. And that 3g dose of Tyrosine will have you dialed in with a sharp tunnel vision. I also love the big dose of ATP to help give that extra boost in performance. The caffeine comes in at 325mg total, from three sources, which allows for a quick pick me up that tapers into a smooth gradual decline after hours, which allows for zero crash. Dynamine is included as well as a milder (in my opinion) stimulant that also aids in focus and alertness. Overall, this pwo is a fantastic option for those not liking beta alanine, but I also feel anyone would really enjoy this. Huge doses of unique ingredients not always seen together makes this product unique and standout. I had the maui splash flavor which was nice and sweet (use more water) and reminded me of Hawaiian Punch. I also love the 30 full servings and the price on this is exceptional, considering all that you are getting. Theres pwo with cheaper ingredients and less servings that cost much more. I cannot say enough good things about 9 Volt, its an absolute powerhouse that delivers everytime. Rarely do I ever purchase the same pwo back to back, but this one will be on order again! Highly highly recommend
