Over The Top Intra-Workout

Use it in my preworkout everyday. Bit pricey but can definitely feel the difference. I feel like I have much more endurance and need less time between sets. Would definitely recommend!

From the inclusion on both HBCD and ribose for quick acting carbs, which provide a boost of energy without any stomach discomfort. To the big dose of EAA’s to help with MPS and some novel ingredients like peakO2, senactive, and peakatp, OTT provides all the goodies you need to help increase and sustain your workouts. Another key element (most likely the most important) is the inclusion of key minerals to help with hydration. The only knock I can give, is the inclusion of creative. I don’t think it’s needed here, as I’ve read that it should’nt be left in an aqueous state for a prolonged period of time, so if your sipping on this while working out, it might not be of best use. But overall, for someone like me who trains first thing in the morning, this truly helps to get me hydrated, provided a great energy source with no bloating and truly helps my performance. Don’t let the price tag scare you, you definitely get what you pay for and most will not require the full serving, making the value greater. Highly recommend!
